If you don’t like cooked broccoli you will likely still like this salad. I have made it many times and there are never any leftovers.
I recall growing spinach for the first time when I was younger. We lived in the country and I took 4-H courses.
Another one of those unique recipes passed down from my Mother. I called this recipe Spring Salad as this was the first salad we ate in the Spring with fresh vegetables from the garden.
I also call this “10 Steps to a Killer Salad.” I sampled this at a potluck we held at work and I just had to find the person who made this so I could get the recipe.
